Delivery Policy
Orders are delivered to shipping companies from our warehouse within 24-48 hours from the date of your order confirmation; unless the details of the sale stated otherwise. Shipping and delivery times vary by shipping method, package size and delivery location. Generally, air shipments are delivered within 3-7 working days excluding weekends, holidays and events, while road shipments take 7-12 days from the date on which the packages leave our warehouses. Exceptional delays by shipping companies and air traffic that are beyond their control such as weather conditions, crises and holidays are not compensated by Super Fast or shipping companies.
