Returns are accepted for “completely new” items in their original packaging for up to 15 days after the order has been shipped. When you receive your order, please open the shipment immediately and make sure all parts are correct (not only ensure the part number on the packaging but the contents should also be checked for any possible deficiencies or errors by the manufacturer), as we cannot accept any returns after a period of 15 days regardless of the error. In addition, Super Fast does not provide any warranty on any parts sold, so all warranty claims must be submitted directly to the manufacturer of the part and which is subject to the manufacturer's approval.
Please note that the following items cannot be returned:
- Any part that has been improperly used, installed, handled, packaged or shipped.
- Products ordered or made specifically for the customer.
- Wheels or tires after they are installed, if they are not defective.
- Shipping cost and / or reshipping cost.
Before you ship the order back to us, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and explain why you would like to return the product. Please add the order / invoice number to the email "subject" line. Customers must receive a letter of approval and a return address before items can be shipped back.
Payments Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will send you an email to inform you that we have received the returned items and we will notify you whether your refund will be approved or not. Upon approval, the bank will be notified directly to deposit the refunded amount in your credit card or by the original payment method, and the period of arrival of the deposit may vary from one bank to another according to the rules followed by the customer's bank.
Important notes for return process:
- Shipping and handling fee is non-refundable.
- If your order includes any 'Special Offer' or 'Free Parts', they must also be returned or the value may be deducted from your refund.
